All candidates must have basic literacy and numeracy and the SARRACA Safe handling license.
SARACCA Reg. fee of R1,482.00 incl. vat payable directly towards Saracca.
4 colour id photos and 1 copy of id must accompany the student on the first day of training.
The Department of Labour has accredited SAQCC Gas with the responsibility of registering and maintaining a data base of “Authorised Persons”. The Regulations define an authorised person as one who is registered as competent within the scope of work. In the refrigeration and air conditioning industry we have defined eight (8) categories within the scope of work. This course gives you access and the required skills to issue a Certificate of Conformity as required by the act.
Based on the mandatory Level 5 unit standard for authorized persons issuing a C.O.C. This course enables you to inspect an installation or repair against the relevant SANS codes of practice (In Particular SANS 10147) and certify the plant compliant.
Typically candidates would be a trade tested individual with some experience.
10 days, Monday to Friday, from 08h30 to 15h00.
