The Academy carries FULL ACCREDITATION (merSETA) for the training of apprentices, learnerships and skills programmes in air conditioning and refrigeration levels 2 through to 5, as well as assessment centre status for trade testing, unit standard assessments levels 2 through to 5 and licensing for safe handling of refrigerants for the South African Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (SARACCA), Accreditation numbers 17-QA/ACC/0357/09.
All courses are therefore recognized and are nationally and internationally certificated and/or licensed or carry a Diploma.

We have the capacity to not only train the candidates but also to monitor the learnerships, assess all standards necessary and to manage the learnerships.
We can conduct any assessment as may be required by the full scope of the standards, we currently have 7 assessors on staff.
We were nominated by merSETA as lead training provider to conduct the necessary training and to manage and monitor the Level 2 pilot projects and therefore have intimate knowledge of the requirements of the companies, the learners and the SETA.
